Sign Up Traction: Design for Todays Internet Consumer

This is a remarkable slideshare presentation I wanted to share with you. As you can see, this really gets into the nitty gritty of the sign up process with an emphasis on turning visitors into sign ups. The slide show was created by Joshua Porter, founder of Bokardo, who specializes in Social Design. He not only does incredible design but in my opinion is amongst the most talented conversion optimization and user experience expert in his field.

  • This slide show has a great deal of information. I think websites sometimes launch a bit to quickly and don’t put items like this into consideration.

  • Nick – I couldn’t agree with you more. Quite a bit of our (Highly Relevant’s) time and resources are spent educating clients on this.

    Obviously some are ready for this conversation and others just want what they want to a certain degree but we always try to inform them of what we consider best practices so they can make the best decision for their business.
