That’s right, I said it. LinkedIn is a big deal and I’m going to give you three reasons why.

In todays day and age it’s about owning as many of the top 10 search results as possible cause if you don’t someone else does and they can say what they want about you.

Corporate Branding and Reputation Management

This is basically the same thing as personal branding and rep management instead you are doing this for your business. That’s the best part about LinkedIn, you create a personal profile then you can create your business profile inside of their. That’s killing 2 birds with one stone. Now all you gotta do is harness the strength of your web properties and give some link love to both your profile and your companies profiles – get your employees and some of your linking partners to do the same and you’re in business.
